Authorities have arrested a man wanted in connection to a Sunday shooting where no one was injured.

Traquan Jenkins, 28, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, shooting a firearm in the city limits and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Jenkins is accused of shooting at 40-year-old Roderick D. Artis while he was walking Sunday. Police responded to a 10:58 a.m. shots-fired call to the 700 block of Christman Street.
