Beak Week Poultry Festival

Beak Week is a spicy, finger-licking food event that will bring your shriveling stomach back to life. Whether it’s the sauce-splattering KCBS BBQ Challenge or the savory taste of a plate of chicken wings, your taste buds will learn to love you again after previous kitchen disasters. A rocking live music stage will thankfully distract you from painting your face with more wing sauce.

This free, alive-at-five event offers live music from dub Addis and fun for the whole family with an inflatable Pirate Ship for children, arts and crafts, live music, Uptown restaurant food for sale and adult beverages for those 21 and older.

All About Herbs

In this class, learn the many uses of herbs! Learn more about spices and culinary uses, basic medicinal properties and applications for household cleaning. Additionally we will discuss other ways that herbs can help your life. The class costs $25.
