Expect clear skies and mild temperatures this weekend and the first half of the workweek, Albert Thomas Jr. says in this installment of The Wilson Times Weathercast brought to you by NCWheels.com.
Daytime highs will be below the mid-60s seasonal average, but there's no arctic chill in sight. From Saturday through Wednesday, expect highs ranging from 55-60 degrees and nighttime lows in the 34-36-degree range. A couple forecast models point to temperatures at or just below freezing early Sunday and early Wednesday, with the 32-and-below marks more likely in Nash County and Elm City than in southern Wilson County.
A noticeable warmup could be on tap for Thursday through next weekend. Listen to the next Weathercast installment for updates.
