After a chilly Saturday, Wilson is in store for a week of average winter temperatures with daytime highs in the low 50s and overnight lows in the low 30s.
Saturday will see a brisk 20-degree daybreak and the sun will bring a high only reaching into the low 40s, but a moderating trend will take effect Sunday, Albert Thomas Jr. explains in this weekend's installment of The Wilson Times Weathercast.
Rain is in Wilson County's forecast for Super Bowl Sunday. Showers are expected to start around mid- to late morning and the region should see a half-inch to three quarters of an inch of rain.
