Cirque Italia, the first traveling water circus, is making its way to Greenville this weekend for seven shows.

The circus, which has a strict animal-free policy, has added, what it is calling, a gold unit. The new unit will feature a water curtain, which contains and controls all the water during the show.

The creative performance, along with the display of superhuman talent, is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Alex the clown aims to thrill audiences with an acrobatic journey on a trampoline and the Argentinian twins can juggle anything, even fire. A contortionist will show off her skills bending in ways most have yet to imagine.

The show will also feature a laser show and aerial performances all the way from Russia to Mexico.

Cirque Italia Owner and President Manuel Rebecchi’s magic touch and Chante DeMoustes’ direction meets to create a one-of-a-kind show that combines technology and performing arts.

Tickets can be purchased at cirqueitalia.com. The box office will also be open on site.
