Teacher-student show to open in Cooke Gallery

Carole Stoiber has been the art teacher at Greenfield School here in for the last 12 years. She teaches kindergarten through 12th grade students the elements of art and the principles of design and uses various media.

Stoiber will be the featured artist as a member of the Wilson Active Artists Association, where she shows and sells her work and also takes commission work. She is a 2-D and 3-D artist, painting in oil, acrylic, and watercolor paint; she also works in clay. Stoiber will be exhibiting with the Greenfield School high school students. The Arts Council Opening is today and it will be a teacher-student show.

Stoiber’s students from Greenfield School will also have work in the Cooke Gallery in their annual Juried Show. Opening night will be tonight, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and will run through the end of June.
