Jeff Taylor recorded his first career hole-in-one Jan. 25 with the use of an 8-iron on the No. 10 layout at Wedgewood Public Golf Course. Taylor sank the shot from 154 yards away.
Witnessing the feat were Rusty Brewer, Tim Ellis, Ralph Bailey and Randy Faircloth.
On Dec. 10, Joseph Wiggs also aced the No. 10 hole at Wedgewood from some 105 yards using a pitching wedge.
Witnesses were Bishop Tucker, Bob Howard, Frankie Woodard and Don Alsterberg.
