Spring Arbor of Wilson resident Mary Lou Skinner leads the way at the start of Saturday's 2019 Walk to De-feet Dementia. The annual walk, held this year at Spring Arbor, is organized by local volunteers to raise money for the Dementia Alliance of North Carolina, which provides support, education and research funding for North Carolina families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
