Rollins-Clark

Blakely Jordan Clark and Carl Jackson Rollins III, both of Wilson, were married Saturday in a 4 p.m. ceremony at Englewood Baptist Church, Rocky Mount. Dr. Michael Cloer and Luke Whitehead officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. Dewey Clark and Suzanne Clark of Rocky Mount. She is granddaughter of Gerald and Hilda Bass of Wilson and Kaye Clark of Zebulon. She graduated from Fike High School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and advertising. She is employed at North Carolina Wesleyan College as program assistant for Youth Theology Institute.

The groom is the son of Jay and Judy Rollins of Wilson and Kris and Denise Lippert of Holly Ridge. He is the grandson of Jack and Janice Rollins of Scotland Neck and Ray and Pat Mudryk of Norfolk, Virginia. He graduated from Nash Central High School and East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in sports studies and doctor of physical therapy from Duke University. He is a physical therapist at Nash UNC Health Care.

After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple will reside in Wilson.
