A former men’s head basketball coach and 16 members of the Barton College Athletic Hall of Fame headlined a list of dignitaries in attendance for Saturday night’s annual hall-of-fame induction and the 10th-year anniversary celebration of the 2007 NCAA Division II national championship in men’s basketball. Ben Pomeroy served as the Bulldogs’ head coach from 1972-77 and remains a supporter of the college’s athletic program.
