Wilson police arrested four individuals, including one suspected habitual shoplifter, in connection with a Thursday incident at the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

According to police reports, officers responded to a reported theft at the 2700 Ward Blvd. store and were shown footage of two women stealing $9.94 worth of chicken salad. The women reportedly fled the store in a Nissan Altima with two men, but the officers were able to identify four suspects in the case.

Rhonda Batchelor Outland, 46, was charged with habitual misdemeanor larceny — a felony — and jailed under a $1,500 secured bond. Celeste Brook Outland, 26, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and released on a written promise to appear.

Billy Ray Marshall, 53, and Millard Williford Webb Jr., 61, were charged with aiding and abetting larceny. Marshall was given a $1,000 unsecured bond while Webb was released on a written promise to appear.
