Police charged two people after officials say they discovered drugs and guns in a Christopher Drive home.
The Wilson Police Department’s Special Response Team recently served a search warrant at 3227-B Christopher Drive, according to Capt. Jeff Boykin. During the search, officers discovered 69 grams (about 2.4 ounces) of marijuana, a .380-caliber handgun, other gun ammunition and an extended round rifle magazine and drug paraphernalia used for packaging and selling marijuana, Boykin said.
Braderick Saheem Isom, 22, of the home, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and felony possession of marijuana. He received a $30,000 secured bond and an additional $25,000 for a probation violation., Boykin said.
Aaron Webb Jolly, 22, of the same address, was charged with maintaining a dwelling to keep and sell a controlled substance, Boykin said. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Boykin said the police department had received complaints from residents about the Christopher Drive home.
