It’s time for me to think about what I want to achieve next in my career. Set myself a goal, build a plan and strive to accomplish it. Decide what’s important to me. Passions move us forward.

Focus on the journey, not the destination. Get smart and get into the action before things get worse. I want things to get better. Focus on myself. I have three points:

• Look at what’s available.

• Recognize my talent and potential.

• Decide what I want to achieve next.

First, look at what’s available. Take the job as far as I can take it. Move on to the next and take it as far as I can go. Get prepared for the best and prepare for the worst. No guarantee for success. In life, I must keep moving though.

Second point, recognize my talent and potential. This is who I am and this is what I do.

Third point, what do I want to achieve next? Establish a goal. Identify resources and constraints. I get to analyze my own priorities and decide exactly what I think I should do with my career. This is what I will do to achieve what I want next in my career? Keep God first. Take care of myself.
