A Wilson man is accused in a Jan. 12 armed robbery at a local business.
Police were dispatched to Boost Mobile on Herring Avenue at 7:39 p.m. When officers arrived, they spoke to store employees who said that a man wearing a mask and armed with a handgun entered the store and demanded money, according to Sgt. Steve Stroud.
No one was injured in the holdup.
On Tuesday, police arrested 29-year-old Jonathon Roberson of 623 Benton St. He is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Roberson received a $100,000 secured bond.
