Just to write and confirm what Ms. Smith wrote in her letter to the editor about the situation in the main branch of the Wilson County Public Library: We use often and it is often just as she mentions.

The librarians are afraid to address due to a host of factors and regardless, their job is not to police society. As it is a public facility, set the rules and have a regular on-duty police officer occasionally stop in and enforce if necessary.
