WSLGA sponsors lessons for 3 girls
The Willow Springs Ladies Golf Association recently sponsored three girls with golf lessons from David Bass, a master club fitter and swing coach at Willow Springs Country Club.
The three recipients — third-grader Adrianna Parks, eighth-grader Aydin Meadows and 11th-grader Ashley Rech Stillman — applied with an essay saying why they would like the lessons.
“Our hope is that the girls will get a great start in golf fundamentals and will encourage other girls to start playing,” said Sue McGuire of the WSLGA. “So many good life lessons come with the game of golf!”
Bass is available for lessons to everyone. He can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or 919-418-2767.
