Jeff Flowers teaches health and PE at Daniels Learning Center and is also the school’s teacher of the year. “I teach because I am a product of Wilson County Schools. I graduated from Fike High in 1986 and played on the 1984 undefeated football team. I spent my entire career here as a student, started teaching here and stayed for 11 years. Now I’m back. I’m in teaching because of the impact and the nurturing process I had from my instructors, teachers and coaches while I was a student in Wilson County Schools."
