Meetings for Democrats who vote in Precinct E (Toisnot School) and Precinct M (Wells School) will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 at the Wilson County Public Library, 249 Nash St. W. All registered Democrats in these two precincts are encouraged to attend.

Church holding neighborhood meal

St. Rose Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ located at 605 Douglas St. S. will have a free neighborhood lunch beginning at noon Saturday, Feb. 23.

Library collecting diaper donations

Dani’s Diaper Drive is planned from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 at the Wilson County Public Library, 249 Nash St. Organizers are asking local businesses and residents to provide diapers of any size or brand, along with fragrance-free wipes. Church to hold chicken pastry supper

NASHVILLE — Sandy Cross United Methodist Church, 3725 Sandy Cross Road in the Coopers community, will have a chicken pastry supper from 3-7 p.m. Saturday, March 2. The cost is $8 and is available for dine-in only. All-you-can-eat supper includes dessert and beverage. Diners pay at the door and children under 5 eat free. In Harmony concert scheduled

In Harmony 29 will be presented by Wilson Education Partnership and Wilson County Schools at 7 p.m. Friday, March 22 at the Fike High School auditorium, 500 Harrison Drive.

The event will feature the choruses from Beddingfield, Fike and Hunt high schools. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students in grades K-12 and are available at all three high schools. For more information, call 252-281-6931.

Club to host bridge games

The Wilson Woman’s Club, 402 Broad St., will sponsor a spring bridge event Friday, March 22 for anyone who likes to play bridge. The cost is $10 per person. Refreshments will be served. Call Nonie Phillips at 252-291-2638 to register.

Greene Central class plans June reunion

SNOW HILL — The Greene Central High School class of 1974 is planning its 45th reunion for June 7-8 in Snow Hill and Greenville. Organizers are seeking class members in the area.
