If convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and heroin, the defendants could face up to 40 years in prison, a $5 million fine and four years of supervised release following any prison term. They also could face up to 20 years in prison and a term of three years of supervised released for the substantive distribution charges, officials said.
