Public Hearings to be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2019: All Citizens and Residents of Wilson County, take notice that the Board of Commissioners has received an application, described below, which has been filed requesting alterations to the Wilson County Zoning Map. Z 2019-02 - General Use Rezoning request by Herring-Sutton & Associates, P.A., acting agent for applicant TBT Development Group, LLC, to rezone 9.4 acres from A/R (Agriculture/Residential – 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to R-30 (Rural Residential District – 30,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) allowing for all permitted and special uses. Property is located in the 7400 block of Wiggins Mill Road.
